When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If an order is placed with a PO Box address, it may be canceled. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and fees vary by destination.

How much is shipping for an order?

All U.S. orders over $300 qualify for free ground shipping. International shipping fees depend on the destination.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. Contact us within 1 hour of purchase, and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, our cashmere and knits are a wonderful gift choice! We offer gift wrapping that includes tissue, ribbon, decorative accents, and a card. To add gift wrap, simply select the “Gift” option at checkout. If you’d like a card included, please make sure to add your message in the notes section.

What’s your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Gift cards and some items are final sale – check individual listings for details.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Returns Portal, enter your email and order number, and answer all the questions, and you’ll receive a shipping label via email within 3 business days. You can also drop off returns at any of our physical stores.

How do I start an exchange?

Use the Returns Portal to request a return. You’ll get a shipping label within 3 business days. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund. Exchanges are for the same item in a different size/color or for an item of equal or greater value. You may also return items in-store. Do you accept international returns?

Return labels are not provided for international returns. Shipping, handling, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for tax/duty reimbursements.

How long after my return arrives will I receive my refund?

We process returns within 1–5 business days of arrival, depending on volume. Once processed, refunds take about 2 business days to post from our side, but it can take 2–12 business days for the refund to appear in your account– this depends on your bank. If there’s a delay, please contact your bank first.

If I paid with a gift card and another payment method, how will my refund be issued?

When an order is paid with both a gift card and another payment method, refunds are typically applied to the gift card first. We understand it may be unexpected, but this is the standard process for most systems.

Can I exchange or return an item I purchased at one of your boutiques or from another retailer?

We wish we could help, but exchanges or returns for items purchased from our boutiques or outside retailers must be processed directly with them.

How do I know what size to order?

What if an item is out of stock?

Why does my tax breakdown show charges from regions outside my city?

The total tax you pay is the same as you would be charged in person at a store in your city. However, for online orders, the tax breakdown may show amounts allocated to multiple jurisdictions. This is because online transactions are distributed across various counties or tax entities. Rest assured, the total tax amount is accurate and reflects your local rate.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Margaret O'leary?

Can I use more than one promo code?

Only one promo code can be applied per order.

Are there any promotion exclusions?

Promotional codes cannot be combined, used on items within our Brands We Love collection, or applied toward the purchase of Gift Cards.
